Rene Steine & Partner GmbH, headquartered in Ettingen (referred to as the “Provider”), operates the internet portal (referred to as the “Portal”) described in this document. These Terms of Use outline the rights and responsibilities of the Provider and the users of the Portal (collectively referred to as “Users”) regarding the use of the Portal and all services provided by the Provider in connection with the Portal.

2. Quality

Users are obligated to provide only accurate and complete information and data to the Provider in order to maintain the quality of the Offer. Users who provide incorrect or incomplete data to the Provider are fully liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the Provider.
Third-party advisors and mediators, whose services are provided to Users by the Provider, are obligated to perform their services with utmost professional competence and care, in compliance with applicable Swiss laws and professional recommendations, guidelines, and other relevant provisions. If Users are unable to receive advice and mediation, the respective advisors and mediators must inform them about alternative options, including free advice and procurement options from the desired financial and insurance product providers.

3. Warranty and Liability
The Provider operates the Portal in a professional and diligent manner. However, the Portal may be partially or completely unavailable due to technical reasons or maintenance work. The Provider does not provide any warranty for the functions and services related to the Portal. Users use the Portal at their own risk.
The Provider is liable only for direct damages caused by its own gross negligence or intentional acts. Any further liability of the Provider for direct damages, including those resulting from slight or moderate negligence, is explicitly and fully excluded. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.
